      Tigerview - Client studies not sending through via the Software

      Combination of IPs / Ports required to get DICOM send working

      Sometimes the standard IP 3.215.34.108 Port 104 does not work. We have 2 IPs, 2 Ports and 1 DNS name.

      3.224.170.19

      Ports 104 and 11112

       

      Tigerview sometimes does not work with standard combinations. Play around and try different IP / Port combinations, even try the DNS name as a Host Name. 

       

      Open the Tigerview Send Viewer located in the Task Tray within Windows (Bottom right hand corner) This tracks DICOM send.
