It's taking more than 10 minutes to receive my Immediate Report test results - what's happening?
The Immediate Report is delivered in under 5 minutes.
However, there are many factors that play a role in attaining this fast response time. The Immediate Report runs off of the internet speed of your hospital. Slow internet speed can be one reason for slow response time.
The Immediate Report also prioritizes studies that are composed of 6 images or less. If your hospital is consistently taking studies of 6 images or more this could slow down the response time. The Immediate Report utilizes its algorithm on each image individually; therefore, the more images in your study, the longer potential response time.
