    Distension of the stomach based on its shape and size and relation of the fundus to vertebrae and ribs

    Aerophagia, post-prandial, food bloat, gastric outflow obstruction

    When did the patient last eat? Has there been heavy breathing/panting? Has there been any regurgitation?
