  A visualization of the soft tissue band representative of the esophageal wall
  
  
• Common differential diagnoses:
  Aerophagia (air), megaesophagus, esophagitis (possible fluid), foreign body
  
• Helpful additional data:
  H/O regurgitation, foreign body, recent anesthesia, etc.
  
  
• Commonly associated diagnostics:
  Rule out the primary cause, repeat radiographs
  
  
• Commonly associated treatments:
  Based on the primary cause, consider a nasogastric tube and RX for gastric ulcers

  Based on the primary cause
