“Walled Garden” Probably impossible to automate as they won’t allow installs of any kind



This setup can only be done via Cuattro’s veterinary support arm, Heska Corporation. Any other software installation or tampering on our end would void the client warranty. You will need to conference call with Heska and the someone from the Vet’s office.

  1. Their support line is: 800.464.3752 

  2. Select option 6 (Digital imaging or PACS)

  3. They will need:

    1. wThe name and address of the clinic

    2. AE Title

    3. Target IP/port (scp.signalpet.com, 11112)

  4. Confirm that we want to be set up as a default (auto-send) server

  5. Ask them to manually send a study to confirm.
